“Room dirty, next to commuter train which was loud. Food was very good however. Walking distance to downtown San Jose and outside of the big city a plus. No English tv channels. All men stay at this resort with some costa rican women coming in and out kind of creeped me out ”

“The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me.
