Tropical Paradise tiene una vista de primera fila, ya que se encuentra en el único complejo en Oceanside que se encuentra directamente en la arena y E20 tiene un punto de ventaja perfecto para sentarse y disfrutar de una vista panorámica de las olas. Condo was perfect for two couples; two beds and two baths. The location is excellent and the view amazing. It’s difficult for friends to get into the property to visit because it’s gated. Nice for security but plan to meet friends somewhere else. We did have a problem with ants. They were in the showers and closets. Whether you are in the well equipped kitchen, dining at the marble top table, sitting in the living room or even waking up in the guest bedroom, you have a floor to ceiling unobstructed ocean view. The balcony furniture (bar height table and chairs) is perfect for watching surfers or looking through binoculars to spot a whale. Or just having coffee. Sunsets are spectacular and the famous Ruby' pier is lit up at night which is charming. We walked over to the lighthouse and harbor shops. Kitchen equip well worn, electric tea kettle doesn’t shut off. Some upgrading would match the location & earn 5 stars. ##### Al H. Well stocked and VERY welcoming! So nice to be right on the beach. For many years, we were blessed enough to get the 2nd week of a timeshare that a Doctor I worked for owned right there in Oceanside and were sad to learn he was retiring and using both weeks this year.....how dare him LOL. So the hunt was on to find our own place , and boy did we and could not have been happier!! Will be back for sure. ##### Vicki W. Se hospedó 7 noches en agosto de 2018 ### 2/10 Terrible #### James F. 18 ago. 2017 #### Not what we expected at all. Very outdated. Stained walls. Rusty vents. Corrosion on faucets. We checked into on 7/29/17 and I have to say we were throughly disappointed. The screen door was torn, half of the lock on the front door is missing, there are very large stains (water spots?) on the walls, rust covered vents and fireplace, the bathroom faucet has some type of unsightly debris attached to it, the shower door is about to fall of the hinges, the curtain in the master bedroom is torn in multiple places, the light in the master bedroom does not work, there are no blinds or shades on the sliding glass doors for privacy concerns...just utter neglect at every turn. We had a family reunion this week, so we had the opportunity to visit a few other condos, and they are nowhere near the condition that our unit is in. While the view here is amazing, we should expect to have a well kept living space for the amount of money we paid. This is definitely not the vacation spot that my family and I were expecting and we are truly disappointed. ##### James F.
