LIVING AREAS The living room has ample seating locations with a comfortable sofa and additional chairs. The living room also has a 48” flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable or a Blu-Ray/DVD. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The ensuite master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D31 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has a variety of sleeping arrangements with a Queen bed with a Twin bunk overhead and a Twin Trundle Bed underneath as well. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For the additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. My only complaint was it poured rain our last night and the sump pumped plugged, we had a river running thru our condo! The carpet in the back bedroom was completely soaked including the things we had on the floor. We called security and they came and said someone would be coming by.
