If you seek a charming and budget-friendly beach condominium at North Coast Village, consider Vitamin Sea. The recently installed wood-paneled floors impart a contemporary ambiance to this cozy unit, complemented by a functional fireplace. You can unwind for extended periods on the balcony, enjoying a panoramic view of the lush garden.

The living room is elegantly furnished with a newly acquired queen-sized sofa bed featuring a memory foam mattress, an oversized armchair, and two additional chairs. The remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops and is equipped with a comprehensive set of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, catering to the culinary needs of your guests. The dining table comfortably accommodates six individuals. The bedroom is equipped with a new Eastern King Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow Top Bed, ensuring an optimal night’s rest. A privacy-enhancing door has been constructed between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination, complemented by a separate dressing area.

There's one reserved parking space in the underground private garage. The maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet.

Make My Vacation provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

As you walk through the staffed secure gate to oceanfront North Coast Village, you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.

You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the newly remodeled exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.

When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat with great surf breaks - right out back! Beach towels and chairs are provided with the condo.

To the north, you can walk or bike to Oceanside’s busy little harbor for a bite to eat or some boating, and to the south, you can venture down the strand to southern California’s longest pier for some fishing (no license needed). North Coast Village is close enough to walk to everything near the beach, so your car can stay in its secure underground parking spot - especially useful when beach parking becomes a premium in the summer.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property. Please note that there is no central air conditioning at North Coast Village.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market happens every Thursday evening from 5-9. Be sure to taste the cedar-planked Salmon!
