Amazing location for the condo. Beautiful premises, very well maintained. Shocked that every morning bbq and pool are cleaned. Large condo and amazing scenery with kio pond and trees and flowers. Definitely will return.. If I could request 2 things it would be additional reserved parking spot and more towels. The couch was a bit uncomfortable but the beds were great.

Great location right on the ocean! We were there for the IRONMAN race, and it could not have been a better location for viewing. The unit itself needs updating!

Love this hotel/condo complex

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a beautiful complex, the grounds are very well maintained. Steps to the beach and a couple blocks to the main drag.

Wonderful stay! 10/10

Short family end of the summer trip. Very clean, beautifully decorated with everything you need from beach chairs, beach towels and ice chest. Two pools, koi pond where you can feed them. Short walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to pier. Wish it had an ocean view but our stay was fabulous. Parking was included.

This unit is located on the north end of the Strand less than 1/2 mile from the pier. It is very convenient to the north Oceanside beach and marina. It's a gated community with an underground parking garage. The location is perfect! While the property has a 90 degree glance for a narrow ocean view. The condo is updated with modern conveniences, though the living room sofa is very worn, dated, has uncomfortable seat cushions and not oriented properly for viewing the TV. This is a sleeper sofa and the seat cushions are compressing into the sleeper bed leaving you with the frame for your thigh support. The dining room and patio furniture are high-top style which can be awkward for some people. Within hours of our arrival, it was apparent that an entire electrical circuit was malfunctioning including the living room TV, sofa lamp, porch light and other dead outlets. Upon closer examination, it seems extension cords were deployed as a temporary workaround for a previously known problem. We called the after hours number and reported the issue. Two electricians were dispatched the following morning and the problem was repaired in 15 minutes. Very impressed with maintenance turnaround, but wondering why it wasn’t handled properly the first time. We have stayed at this unit 4 times, but thinking we will be looking for a different unit in the same complex for the future.

First of all pictures looked amazing and the reason why I booked this place is because of high reviews. When I came to these apartments room b119 had one of the worst moldy / old people smell within the house. Living room does not have a fan and this unit does not have AC. Bathroom curtains has rust on the hooks. Tub was not draining properly, it kept filling up as you were taking shower. Even though I went at end of September it was very difficult to stay inside the apartment due to extremely moldy smell and high heat and humidity with no fans to ventilate in a living room. B e d was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, mattress too soft and synthetic covers made it very uncomfortable, master bedroom did had a fan so it definitely helped. Refrigerator was extremely clean, living room was clean; but the stench from mold or old people smell was unbearing this is the first time staying at this place and the last, I do not know how people tolerate such heat during hotter months. I would not recommend
