Had everything we needed. Loved the privacy of the Sandy grounds. The picture was old and showed a fence, but that's been replaced by a 12ft rock wall. You can climb down the rocks to the beach at low tide, otherwise access via steps is just down the block. Great views and sounds of the waves all day and night! Daytime shopping and nightlife is just a mile walk. We are a couple in our 50s and we live the ocean but don’t go in the ocean that much so this place was perfect for us. Quiet and close to everything we needed. Everything works properly, was clean and new, and felt fresh. AC worked great kitchen was cute and tidy. Bed was comfy. The outdoor area was perfect. We had our own sandy beach. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the pillows were brand new and were not broken in yet. But I hope to Return one day. The sound of the ocean can be heard all day and night as the beach is just a few feet away. I just wish they had told us the beach access had collapsed and was blocked off and not at all accessible due to severe rock and cement destruction from erosion and storms. You will have to walk down the street a few blocks to access the beach. Otherwise, if you don't mind not having direct access to the beach, it's perfect for you. The pictures online do not show this and it is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The concrete is broken and it is dangerous. They should fix this before renting out the unit anymore.
