Welcome to your Oceanside oasis, a stunning beachfront retreat that promises an unforgettable stay. This expansive 3,257 sq. ft. property, nestled in the heart of Oceanside, offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort for up to 14 guests.

Step inside to find a spacious, open-concept living area, seamlessly flowing into a gourmet kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats everyone, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining friends.

The property features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and king-sized beds for ultimate relaxation. The master suite, named "Seashell," boasts panoramic ocean views and a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee with a sea breeze. Another highlight is the "Pineapple Under the Sea" room, which includes a full bunk bed, ideal for families.

Enjoy the serene ambiance of the private spa, or gather around the fire pit on the deck for a cozy evening under the stars. The outdoor BBQ grill and private hot tub make it easy to enjoy the California sunshine and coastal breezes.

Amazing Superbowl Weekend

The view was beautiful but the house needs some upgrades.

This view is beautiful. We had so much towels that was so useful. This house needs some remodeling such as new elevator (they didn't allow to use it) the fans were not working, and the AC was not strong.

Vacation with family and friends

The logistics of getting the reservation, finding the property, parking, trash, codes for getting into unit, etc were all made very easy. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The location was fantastic. We were with a large group of family friends and we didn't feel cramped at all. Towels, toilet paper, and soap were provided. The property manager we were in contact with was always available, easy going, and very helpful. Maintenance responds quickly (only needed them to unlock the elevator for us, which is locked unless you request to use it). Our only complaint was that the WiFi did not reach all parts of the unit. We will definitely use Beachfront Only next time we vacation to Oceanside!

Great place to host a family reunion!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really awesome space and perfect for our group of 19. We had 5 couples in the 5 king rooms plus 9 kids in the bunk room. Everything was clean and as described. We were so close to the water that people said it felt like we were on a cruise ship. A short walk to the pier and restaurants. We had an issue with our fire pit on the first night and I submitted a request through the app and they were out right away to fix it. The bunk room worked great for our kids (ages 3 to 9) and they spent most of the time playing in it together. They were close enough that we could hear if there were problems but far enough away that the adults could socialize on our own. We also had 5 cars and no trouble finding parallel spots right outside the house to park the 3 that didn't fit in the garage. It was a great experience and if we come back to Oceanside, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Leadership Retreat

Very spacious. We would come back with extended family. Kitchen is a tight space if you want to cook a lot. Amazing location. Good communication and support from host.

Location, location, location!

This place was perfect for our group of 11, ages ranging from 4 to 83! I was able to cook large meals in the well-appointed kitchen while watching the waves of the Pacific roll in. You cant beat that! We were also not far from some delicious restaurants and stores. The market, only 2 blocks away, came in handy for a few items i had forgotten. Of course, i was able to have a lovely walk in this beachside community as well. We had more than 2 vehicles, but street parking was always available.

Bookclub Retreat

We love this property. It’s our second year for our retreat. The only issue is that ceiling fans have tons of dust on them so couldn’t use. Also, slow drain in in bath sink off the kitchen. Look forward to next year!!

Overpriced two story condo

This place was definitely not the same as pictures. When you see the pictures you think that you’re booking your dream once in a life place. But it’s far from great. Pros: beautiful views The heat can keep up with the place Cons: The process is annoying, u have to fill up a list with all the peoples coming names, sign papers online and not to mention that if you need any details about the listing like your wifi password you have to open a file on the email to access the details. It’s not integrated on your vrbo booking like other websites. It’s a two story in a 4 story house. You get the third and the fourth levels with no direct access to the beach. You have to go through the bottom house and outside to get to the beach i mean the rocks because no beach in front of you. ( just a pathway to the beach ) more than six thousands for 2 nights If you just search lisitngs for Hawaii you can book a big 5 bedroom house for 5 days with a huge pool for the same price ( summer time may to August 🤷🏼‍♂️ There is an elevator but it’s not working or they shut it off, so u haul your two big bags 3 stories from the garage to the third level rooms each guest. The microwave was not working and the other cheap side one on the counter was missing the glass rotating plate. We asked them to address the issue and they sent a maintenance guy right away but to tell us it’s night time will replace it in the moring. And no one showed up in the morning We have kids and we needed the microwave. Coffee machine, no coffee tho Small kitchen, no biggie No board games or anything for kids And the last thing there was no closet nor side tables or any tables whatsoever. So u basically open your bags on the floor and put your shoes next to it. Not a gd value to what you pay Very unpleased with the experience, definitely not gonna book again

Very nice property near nice beach

We enjoyed our stay at this big house. Plenty of room for everyone. Waking distance to the pier. Big big house. All the kitchen stuff there so nice we didn’t have to buy anything. Plenty of towels. The only thing I took a star off is the cleanliness. We have 2 toddlers and the floor was dirty. We could not put them on the floor at least in the main room. Overall great property and if we ever in the neighborhood we will definitely stay there again.

Great Spot

This house was perfect for my family. We had 5 rooms for adults and the large bunk room for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable. The views were outstanding. Would rent here again.

Awesome condo!!

This company had wonderful communication throughout the entire stay. The place was very clean and the views were awesome! It was perfect for our family trip! Having 2 different levels made it feel incredibly spacious. The grill and the hot tub were also nice features. I highly recommend staying here!

Small Family Reunion

Lovely property with a great view right on the ocean. Children and adults all had a good time. The kids especially like the “bunk room” which was their headquarters for fun. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was also nice to give each group their own private space and then there was plenty of public space in the dining room and living room to gather together.

Check Yelp ratings before booking any property with this particular Property Management Co.

Property Management refused to correct issues with the tenants in the unit directly under ours. They partied night and day with disregards to everyone. Needless to say, we had no sleep for two days as the noise ordinance was not enforced. We called property management numerous times asking for the situation to be dealt with and received no help. When threatening actions were made towards us, once again property management dismissed our concerns. We felt extremely unsafe with the riffraff and activities going on. As stated check yelp for reviews that reflect this property and others managed by Beach Front Only Vacation Rentals.
