DAY 1- I checked in last night approximately 7pm. When security got us to our room and he turned on the air conditioner, it wasn’t working properly. Security went to inform the NICE young lady at the front desk while we waited at the room. We were hot & tired so we went to the front desk to see what was taking so long. The front desk lady told us that she put in a call to the person(maintenance) to check out the air & he was UNPROFESSIONAL TO HER. She called him back again and then he met us at the room. The maintenance guy changed some settings on the air conditioner and said it is working and should be cool soon & then walked out. The air is working BUT BARELY! The room is ugly, and we are thrown in a back corner of the hotel. This room is NOT worth what I paid!! SMH
DAY 2- MORE RUDE STAFF!
The woman at the front desk who checked me in last night IMMEDIATELY noticed that I booked 3 days, even tho I did not book all 3 days at the same time. She said “I see u have a reservation for 3 days” and I said “correct”. So after 12pm today, staff began banging on our room door, like soldiers, waking me up, demanding that we check out. 5 minutes later they sent someone else to our room to throw us out. I explained to the 2nd rude person at the door that we are booked for 2 more days & he still was not listening. My fiancé went to the front desk to clear up the situation and he didn’t receive NO kind of APOLOGY for THEIR MISTAKE AND LACK OF ATTENTION TO THEIR BOOKS AND RUDENESS!
