“Condohotel is about 18 mins walk to MOA. Had issues checking in: security needed email authorization from owner/property manager before you can check in. Visitors also need email authorization to be let in. You have to pay 150 pesos a day (week days price) to use the pool. Great location, convenience store, restaurants, and night vendor stalls at Shore 3 residences nearby. There is a shortcut to MOA or Shore 3 if you cross the parking from Shore 1 to Shore 3. “La peor experiencia de mi vida. El sitio está ubicado en una zona peligrosa de Manila. No hay término medio en cuanto a alojamientos, o te vas a un hotel de lujo, o mejor no te fíes de los alojamientos de 4 estrellas. La presencia del personal dejaba mucho que desear y el alojamiento estaba sucio, las sábanas tenían lamparones y no había ni papel higiénico. Nada recomendable. De nuevo, cuidado con Manila, hay mucho contraste y la mayoría de las zonas no son seguras para turistas.”

Building was very old, the constant battle with cockroaches was redundant, construction outside was annoying, apartment doesn't match pics,and even after giving the co host 2500php(deposit plus extra), she still hounded me for the 45php for water delivery.”
