“We requested maintenance immediately after arrival when we discovered there was no power to the keypad for the room safe. 3 different times over a few days we called and no one ever came. It still didn't work when we left, so we had to repack and drag all valuables and electronics with us every time we left the room. Other than the first morning, our room was not checked or serviced during our entire stay. Beds not made, had to go ask for our own clean towels. The driveway for check in……

“👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately.
