"Breakfast is nice with nice staff. Front desk Lisa very helpful."

"The hotel is pretty clean, but older. There was a strong smell in our room. Unsure what it was. Poor paint ing job. Paint was splatter on the nice towel bars. And the continental breakfast was very limited. Linda at the front desk was very, very nice "

"rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable. Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different. Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless frozen machine product that didn’t taste like anything. For a hotel of this level, this is simply not acceptable. Food is a major part of the experience, and they failed badly in this area. Everything else at the hotel was decent, but the dining situation alone would make me not return and not recommend it."

"Took 3 rooms to get settled in. first room was next to a teenage basketball team who were very loud , we asked for a different room, that room had an air conditioner that didn't turn on, we then went to a third room. Everything worked. Until morning, upon waking found tv signal was off for the whole building for a couple hours. Small problem of outlet in bathroom not working, shower was quite dirty, floor in room was very slippery. Oily feeling. Front desk staff very friendly though. Dining room overlooks turn 7 of the track, too bad windows are too dirty to see out clearly."

"Room was clean and everything set up well. Took a little while to get hot water for the shower in the morning. And can we get some card keys instead of the old style metal ones? I'm always afraid that I will lose the metal one"

"Fue una muy mala experiencia, el piso estaba pegajoso, el inodoro se movía, no dejaron toallas, no jabon, control del televisor sin baterías y cuando salí en la mañana vi cucarachas. Cuando llegué había grupos de personas bebiendo en el parqueadero y un letrero en la puerta que se debe cerrar con candado para “evitar” intrusos. De verdad ha sido el peor hotel que me he quedado en mi vida. Solo mal dormí 4 horas y salí corriendo de ahí."
