“Staff was nice. Room was clean. Beds were a little hard and there was a lot of noise pollution from the freeway. But other than that it was good. Just turn the fan on the AC and it drowns it out. Oh and the lamp by the bed had a short in it. So it would randomly flicker and turn off. So I just kept it off. ”

“Apparently, they don't know what handi-capable is. I couldn't get in the tub to take a shower. I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to pull myself up off of the toilet. The pictures of full breakfast are a fraud. All the had in the office was coffee, pop tarts, a toaster but no bread, oatmeal with no hot water, no fruit or dairy. The only thing good was the mattress, it was comfortable.”

“Staff at night shift was very rude, screaming to leave after I asked for the same rate as Expedia. He did not let me explain just started screaming like crazy to leave, then knocking at my room at 9am. WORST EXPERIENCE IN HOTES EVER!!! ”

“the room smelled like dog, looks like a room from the 70's just old and not kept up. the front desk was unattended, we kept ringing the bell and then we had to call the number on the door waited a few more seconds and she came up and checked us in. we reserved the room for 2 days but left after the first day, the smell was unbearable. will never stay there again,”
