We didn't use the kitchen, but noticed that it was equipped. The room and the bathroom are spacious and adapted for a family of 4 people. Unfortunately, the cleaning up has been forgotten. The sheets and towels have been changed, but the floors and some othe surfaces were still dirty. I had to borrow a broom in the café to clean a minimum. We recieved the apologises, but the hotel didn't offr us a discount of any kind. We had dinner at the café. It was not exceptional nor cheap, but it was helpful after a day spent in the Death Valley. We were cold during the night, because the blankets are too thin and not sufficient to keep you warm in November and the heating is too noisy to keep going while sleeping. I booked this stay for my son. As he was going to hiking in the area for the weekend. He had a long drive from LA after work and arrived late, so there was nobody in the office, but they had left the keys out for him. When he got to his small cabin, he found the conditions to be unacceptable with the smell of sewer coming from one of the bathrooms, rotting bathroom floor and several spiders and an uncleaned room. He did say the bed had clean sheets, but because of the smell of sewer he was not able to sleep and try to sleep in his small sedan. He had to leave very early in the morning to start the hike so again there was nobody in the office to let know if the conditions or possibly change rooms. He decided not to come back for his other two nights. I tried multiple times to reach staff the next day to let them know, he had checked out and to request a refund due to the poor conditions of the room, but I never was able to reach anybody. I sent an email to the corporate office and never received an email back. I opened up a dispute on my credit card and the company said that I got the services that I paid for which wasn’t true. I would not recommend this place. If you have to check out late or early or if there’s any problems there’s nobody to help you address them.
