“You could have better option with this price. Hotel facilities old (unless you are obsessed with this antique style). There is a ‘museum’ under the hotel but not opened even to hotel residents. You need to ask them to open the door. Most Staff we met were not friendly.”

“房间挺舒服，在老城内属于相当不错的，还有一个漂亮的大花园，但是酒店开业不久，工作人员相当不专业，酒店没有餐厅，只有非常简单的早餐和咖啡饮料。酒店大堂到晚上几乎永远看不到服务人员。总之硬件很不错，软件很差。 Nice room and big garden, but this hotel is very new, so the stuff are not well trained, no service there and no restaurant or bar in the hotel. Breakfast is set menu and same everyday, ”

“We could not rate this hotel more highly, the location was exceptional, almost everything you'd want (restaurants, bars, historic sights like Roman Bath House and Hadrian's gate) were all within a 5 minute walk radius. I loved the style of the hotel and the courtyard, very laid back and relaxed. We enjoyed our stay here far more than a previous stay at the Marriott.”

“優點： 1. 地點很好，走出去沒多久就是市中心。 2. 房間夠大，可以放下2個29寸行李箱。 3. 早餐是自助式的，可以吃飽。 4. 房內有化妝鏡、空調、冰箱。 5. 大部分的服務人員友善。 - 缺點： 服務人員不同步，明明已經全額付款了，卻說要看我的銀行付款證明，後來我又再次詢問另一個服務人員後，表示說不用，他們電腦顯示已付清。 - 整體來說，雖然比不上高級酒店，但是性價比還算高，畢竟以這樣的價錢就不要求太多了！”
