“sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very cozy, clean, and had breakfast. Although we did not take full advantage of the breakfast offered, the location is difficult to beat.”

“The property was gorgeous and Russell and Jim were as charming as ever! They were so welcoming. We felt like we were family. Oh and the food….breakfast was amazing!!”

“Great location and our host, Sarah, was extremely sweet and accommodating. We stayed in a cottage room, which was nice, however would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and a few more toiletries like lotion and body wash. The grounds were in need of some weeding and tlc.”
