“Charming bed and breakfast. The owners/hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the property. The gardens outside were lovely. Breakfast was delightful with coffee served in real chinaware and flowers on the table!
The extra cost is well worth it. Such a different experience from staying at a chain hotel. Made for some great memories!!”

“Emaculate historic inn within a couple blocks of many ships and restaurants. The owners very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is most likely the best in town.
A must stay when visiting Black Mountain.”

“From the moment you walk in, to your departure, it truly feels like a home away from home! Rose is such a wonderful and kind host! She goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing! The space is clean and comfortable! If we are ever in this area again we will definitely book here! We especially enjoyed watching the white squirrel everyday! That was a site! You are also close to a lot of nature! Overall 10/10! Would truly recommend!!”

“Delicious breakfast and lovely room and very clean. There were cobwebs and leaves stuck to them outside of all of our windows. There are no screens on the windows and our room was incredibly hot. It was very difficult to sleep. The owner warned us that it’s slightly warmer than some of the other rooms in the main house, but it was not slightly warmer. It was much warmer. They need to get separate units for those rooms
