At the same time, Rumbling Bald was only about 15 minutes away, so we had easy access to the resort when we wanted it without giving up the peace.Mornings were our favorite. “LOVED the cabin and the property! It was super clean and our screened in porch was perfect sitting out in the evening and drinking our morning coffee. The drive was a little intimidating at first but so worth the drive up the mountain!! What a view!”

“Good house for large group. Description not entirely accurate. The Swanannoa grocery store is closed so be prepared to shop the next town over. Upstairs and downstairs fridges don’t make ice so you need to buy your own. No coffee pods available in either kitchen nor was there “plenty “ of wood stacked for an outdoor fire. Remotes for both indoor fireplaces were not available…nowhere to be found after a thorough search. I messaged the host and got no reply as to why they weren’t available for……
