"We booked this hotel due to location, and what a gem! Super highly recommend for a short or long stay. On first meeting of the front reception staff - we knew we had made the right choice. Friendly, fun, happy, helpful, great English, awesome! Thank you! Standard double room with King Bed : The bed was comfy, great size, loved the overhead fan instead of air con, cute wee bathroom with perfect size shower cubicle with awesome water pressure, windows easy open to fresh air if needed. Surprise was the door opened to a very large outdoor verandah, all to ourselves! The coffee and tea supplied was great and the mini fridge was a bonus. The location was perfect - right in the old town. Thanks team - you helped to make our visit to Lucern memorable."
