"Great location and amenities, pools 😎 Food too expensive $5.50 for a fountain Coke Shuttle bus to park handy Late checkout permitted, however housekeeping opened my door anyway with privacy tag hung on the door about an hour prior to my checkout. I was in my nightgown still. :("

"Easy check-in with very nice desk staff, easy map to follow and find the building number, clean elevators and hallways, very clean nice room! Wish we could have stayed longer! Honorable mention to amazing manager, Sheila Jones, who helped me with Lost & Found. Wow- she is a good human!!! and took extra time with me and my lost item incident. She is a credit to the company! <3"

"Very comfortable stay and the location is convenient. This resort is perfect for families. We booked the one bedroom suite. My kids loved the jacuzzi in the room and I appreciated the washer/dryer, plus separate toilet. The only con for me was that the waterpark is separate and there is no discount if you want to go later in the day. The only day we had available to explore the waterpark was on our check-in day, which only would’ve given us 2 hours before it closed (check in is at 4pm… the water park closes at 6pm). The price was still $25pp which wasn’t worth it. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would stay again!"
