“This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this to others visiting the area. It was 20 minutes in every direction from our places of interest that we went to this……

“We love the location being within walking distance of Lake Eola, especially at Christmas time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked and the bed comfortable. Our favorite part is the front porch. A great place to have coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night!”

“My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second……

“This beautiful luxury apartment surpassed our expectations. We needed to contact Gina a couple f times early in our 3-week stay, and she responded within minutes and took care of the issues immediately. I’ve had several back surgeries and am always apprehensive about sleeping on another mattress, but this one was extremely comfortable. My wife cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with the most-used pots & pans. It was great to have a full size washer & dryer in the……
