“No puede ser considerado hotel de 4 estrellas, no ofrecen botella de agua, tampoco cafetera . No hay internet en las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes es mala la señal. En recepción no ofrecen mayor información sobre la zona, falta capacitación del personal aunque son muy amables. El lugar es precioso, muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y podría mejorar con pequeños detalles.”

“Clean rooms in a quiet area. But not far from the Roman bridge. The only problem is that there no parking lot in the hotel. The closest one is about 10-15 minutes walk. But overall a good and quiet place.”

“自助check in ，但有問題裡面有工作人員，但如果真的太晚到達的話，下班了可能就要注意一下。會用訂房編號或QR code 自助check in。離新橋是有距離的（開車15分以內），開車非常好停車。”
