“A hotel is about a half a mile walk to the beach. It is in a very industrial part of town.The room was small, but very efficiently laid out. The AC was not turned on yet, so the room was a bit stuffy. With the room window open, there was some breeze, but no security for the ground floor room. ”

“The accommodation is in the middle of an industrial estate and on arrival I was concerned but regular bus routes into the center of Marbella costs just 1.50 Euros and is about 10 minutes (You can walk it in 25 mins)
Parking was difficult during working hours weekdays but easy at the weekend and in the evenings.
The rooms was very modern with great facilities for making a simple breakfast
Air con was first class as were the staff
Room was cleaned every day to a very high standard

“Pros:
• Location, location, location! If you want to be in the heart of old town, this property is perfect!
• It's also beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. We had a room on the top floor with multiple windows and Juliet balconies that offered tons of light and great views of the square below.
• Spacious rooms with lots of storage (lots of shelves, hangers, etc.)
• They provide beach towels and branded totes which were super helpful for beach days.
• We had 2 AC units - 1……

“Well, the room is kind small but it is clean to live. Need to use shared bathroom, but it is clean. There are not too many facility in the kitchen, but it is still ok to have some simple food. And I think it located in the most beautiful of the city. Overall, it is a good place to stay with it price. : )”
