“The house was very clean very new. We had five people and the one that was on the couch just slept on the couch. Did not use the bed as the couch is a nice size. We were only there for one night very fast to turn around. Did not get a chance to check and see if there were any games for fun activities to do in case it was raining. But I will definitely return. It was a beautiful place and need to be so close to the lift bridge”

“What a beautiful and VERY well appointed apartment. The character of the older building as a backdrop for the lovely decor was great. The amount of space was wonderful as well(the whole floor with our own elevator onto the floor). The hosts have thought of everything and communication was top notch. Of course having our own elevator directly into the apartment and having the elevator take us right to tasty baked goods every morning on the first floor was priceless.”

“We came to Duluth for a work conference and enjoyed the quiet reprieve of this location to wind down, relax and share some non-work-related fun! The location was within walking distance of many restaurant options, beautiful views, and a cozy retreat. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Even though I injured my back and wasn’t able to do much while we were there, my friends explored the area. This is a great spot for seeing the city, the shore, hiking trails, etc. Oh, and it was a wonderfully comfortable place to convalesce!”
