“Overall, this was a wonderful stay in Cleveland. The property was very clean, modern, and new. Be aware that the check in process is rather complicated. Make sure you understand the process before you get there.”

“There were people standing in the hallways. Another person was sitting in a lawn chair in front of the front door/main entrance to the building. The check-in instructions said there was a fob, but there was not so we had to be buzzed in every time we entered - our identities were never verified so they were letting anyone in.
