“Nice and clean”

“We didn’t get into the intricacies of cooking but the beds were comfortable, great layout and overall clean facility. ”

“When we checked in, temperature inside was 82 degrees. We set thermostat to 68 to cool it off. That only raised the temp to 83. Texted host and left for night out. Our entire stay was 82/83 degrees inside. No screens on downstairs windows, hole in upstairs patio door screen (plus decking outside was connected to neighbors so not exactly safe). Maintenance records on heating/cooling unit showed that last servicing was in 2004. (Easy to see this because one of the bifold doors was gone, exposing……

“Excellent location equal walking distance from most major attractions. Parking being included is a huge plus. Unit was in very good shape. I would stay there again.”

“The host was really great. Garage was tiny and hard to get in but helpful. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. I Took a lot of pictures of dirty towels piled and left in closet and broken spoon left in garbage disposal in the sink broke. Steps and Floors needed vacuumed candy and trash around and under bed. But otherwise it worked for what I needed. It was easy to get to hospital from location. ”

“This apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The host used the messaging app to check on us and responded quickly when we had a question. Best feature is the location: coffee, granita and a deli less than five minutes walk and Mayfield Rd (main street of Little Italy) just slightly further. There are enough restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops to keep me busy for weeks. I’d definitely stay here again.”
