Elevator not working. Room reeked of cigarettes. the one employee calm, polite, trying to be helpful with really abusive customers. She needs a better employer.

Our room smelled like BO, stains on the carpet and bed, filthy curtains, mold in bathroom, and carpet was wet in places. Elevator was also broken so emergency exit doors were open to anyone who cared to walk in. If I hadn't been exhausted from traveling, I would have gone elsrwhere.

The best western in Cleveland Ohio was a good place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the room and hallways be clean. The elevator was broken, but it was being repaired the next day. Our only real complaint is that the building is not secure, All the doors were taped open, not requiring a key to gain access. For the price, it was an excellent choice for staying in Cleveland.

Floor in room was dirty, carpet really needed sanitizing, the bed was comfortable... elevator broke down so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, breakfast was limited with toaster breaking down ... In total the hotel rooms really need a face lift

I was so grateful for the shuttle service in the middle of the night. Our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until 2am. They were able to pick us up and then to get a car the next morning. I can't say thank you enough.

No elevator. Swimming pool closed down. No items available in the kitchenette making it useless. Access to the 3rd floor is via an unlocked stairway at the end of the building creating a security risk. The hotel is clearly being worked on but charged a full rate of $150 per night. Totally inappropriate. Would not return.

The gentleman who checked me in at 12:15am or so was a true professional. He provided outstanding service and he deserves to be recognized for such excellent customer service. This is rare these days. Please ensure that your hotel takes steps to recognize this outstanding employee! He also just seemed like a really good person overall. A big thank you to him!

Nice location. But the elevator was not working and had to use the stairs the problem was the garage and cigarette butts all around the door entrance to the stairs. The stairs themselves are dirty. Wall in our was dirty. Check in staff very friendly.

The elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs, which were only accessed on the outside of the building. The doors were propped open both on the inside and outside making it so anyone could just enter the building, and there were a bunch of people hanging out there late at night. Definitely unsettling.

The ease of going from point A to point B. Both directions of the highway are literally 2-3 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast every morning and an indoor pool for the kids. I was really happy with Best Western.
