"Parking was limited as open to the general public as well. Check in was done at the bar which was a bit strange. The sports bar was packed and quite rowdy but the other bar and restaurant area was lovely. The bedroom was dated and basic but very clean. We had an ensuite bathroom which was fairly new and spotless. "

"The room is very clean, a very homely feel to it. Staff are so inviting & welcoming from the time you walk through the door until you leave. The bar has a wide range of liquor & the staff are always so polite and helpful. Parking is super easy, there’s a huge car park but also can pay a little extra to have your car in the gated area of the hotel. Highly recommend.I cannot fault anything. 10/10"

"Our room had a lovely beach view and the bed was comfortable. It’s a 15-20min walk to eateries but we were glad of the exercise. Everything was clean and all amenities good. We only stayed one night but would stay again. "

"The beachcomber is a great getaway hotel - pool area is magic, right on the lake and makes you feel like you could be in Fiji. Room was large and beds comfy. Nicely renovated. Breakfast was good, delicious coffee and option of eggs. We will def return! Tip- get a lakeview room"

"A really well situated property close to Peterson House which was our meeting point for our hot air balloon ride at 5am in the morning. Comfy beds, beautiful spa bath and clean apartment but a little outdated. It needs a good touch up especially the furniture in the loungeroom. Pool area also very nice and we were close to Harrigans pub and restaurant. "
