The room was nice and felt very clean. The pool area was very humid and 1 of the slides was out of order. It's more of a kiddie pool and the pictures they have on the website didn't show this. The complimentary breakfast was excellent the coffee in the breakfast area was much better than the Keurig coffee in the room. Would stay again.

Not the cleanest hotel and our first day we had some weird encounters with other guests but this was not the hotel's fault by any means. Our second day was uneventful and the kids enjoyed the pool and slides! This probably wouldn't be a hotel my husband and I would go to for ourselves, but one we would take the kids back to in the future due to the pool, breakfast options, and 12 pm checkout. Staff was excellent and courteous, making up for the other areas that were less than desirable.

Property for the cost was average. Fast check in with no issues! Room was not very spacious. Especially with a 1 yr old and a 3yr old plus another adult. And bedding didn’t seem very clean. Also one elevator does not work and took quite some time to use. Stairs are better option by the pool bc the front of hotel steps go outside. Pool area was not very clean but my kids loved the slides and the fact that it was shallow for them! Definitely need to refinish the ceiling due to rusting and electrical piping not fixed to wall. Breakfast had a great assortment! Hotel is also perfect distance from zoo and the children’s museum!

The mini-water park pool was fun for our kids. The late checkout relieved morning pressure. BUT, overall the property seemed uncared-for. Hinges, doorknobs, shower curtain rod all needed repairs. Deep grime was present in many places. And though staff were nice, they looked like they just climbed out of bed in baggie t-shirts and sweats.

The parking lot of property was really bad, garbage everywhere, even by the front door which you think would be a no-brainer to clean. Also, signage from main road is contradictory as it looks like there is a restaurant spot for lease but makes it appear like it's hotel.
