“I was so excited to have a weekend getaway! The second i walked into the building, i knew this was a mistake! It smelled so bad walking to my room! And the room was not any better! Everything was so old, discolored, the beds were absolutely horrible! I immediately called the front desk and they gave me a refund. I just need to make sure my card was not charged! I stayed at another hotel and it was amazing!”

“I booked a king suite the room was very spacious. The amenities were more than acceptable. The room was very spacious. The AC worked perfectly. I can’t say enough about this hotel. The only thing I wish it had was a laundry facility. I also forgot to mention the breakfast were delicious.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
