“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

“The sheets were stained and had holes in them. Given the price I paid through Expedia, it didn't seem fair to me; the room itself was listed at $46—Expedia shouldn't have charged so much. $46 would have been a reasonable price, but not the amount Expedia actually charged me.”

“The ac had mold in it, nasty stuff on the wall, just very bare in there, was not a very welcoming place, it offers free breakfast it was just toast and juice. I really felt like I was in an extended prison cell. Just a very uncomfortable setting.”

“Staff was amazing and very helpful and personable. They are lacking much signage to help you know where the Social Restaurant was or who to see for seating. There was a couple that was trying to go up the elevator who wanted to go to the restaurant upstairs and seemed confused, because there was no signage explaining how to get to it. Everything else was amazing and I would stay there again.”

“The breakfast was amazing and the helpers were very nice and helping. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in getting me checked in for my stay. I will say the room was very cleaned it just had a pee smell. But other then that I have enjoyed my stay..”
