“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“We’ll maintain, the front desk could do a better in explaining their services but other staff are very nice and professional example, staff Gizelle at the bar area was creative and innovates when challenges in their service are presented and comes up with suggestions and alternatives. “Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

“Its on a major road and across from the airport so it was very noisy, the pool closed at dusk”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“No continental breakfast, front office wouldn’t break a $100 dollar bill saying they can’t accept them. Was no hot water but they had a plumber en route. They gave us coupons for a free breakfast but we were leaving. We stayed at two different Hiltons in two states and both were no more than average. I’ll opt for something different in the future ”
