“Room was clean but musty smelling. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. I need to hire the person who took the pictures for this room. If they can make those rooms look that pretty they will make my goofy family portrait look amazing! ”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially with all the hidden fees. They charge daily for self-parking in an open lot (with plenty of space), and many amenities come with extra costs that aren’t worth it. The location is inconvenient—far from the beach and most activities. The hotel itself feels plain and not at all like a 5-star experience. “Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
