"Anniversary weekend"

"We could not have expected a better location to view the eclipse and totality. We took many walks to enjoy the neighborhood, the beach, and downtown. Our host was attentive and helpful. The cottage was well stocked with basic needs and the inland grocery store was just 12 minutes away. Beautiful Bay Area and two nearby state parks add plenty of options for interesting activities. Find the tiny Sunset Park near the west end of the street for one terrific setting sun."

"Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations. "My mom was very happy to be part of the gathering. She is 90 and was able move around in and outside. The cottage is MUCH bigger than it seems from the images. It is an upscale, clean, thoughtful living space with great viewing of the marina and the sunrise."

"What a gem crescent beach is! We stayed at the property with 7 people, me, my wife, our 4 children (ages 12, 10, 6 and 3), and my mom. The beach and bay are beautiful and the property is as described, with access to both out of your front door and back door. Its a bit rustic, but we expected that based on prior descriptions from other renters. The cottage needs a little work and updates, but again, we felt like everything was what we expected, and loved the one in a million location. We...
