Treat yourself to a delightfully updated vacation experience at Admirals Quarters #1407, a beautiful beachfront condo with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico! Sit down for breakfast on your private balcony overlooking the water, spend your days strolling and sunbathing on the white sand beach downstairs, and enjoy on-site access to plentiful shared amenities, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a gym, and a grilling area.

The beachfront Admirals Quarters is located half a mile east of the center of Orange Beach, where you'll find a Publix Super Market and several restaurants, eateries, and conveniences. Launch your kayak for a paddle through Gulf State Park (just over a mile west), book boating excursions out of Zeke's Landing Marina (three-quarters of a mile east), and observe the nesting sea turtles in Perdido Key State Park (seven miles east). Also within easy driving distance are Adventure Island, The Wharf, and local hot spots like The Flora-Bama, Big Beach Brewing, Pleasure Island Tiki Bar, and Fisher's Dockside.

Great place to stay

Really loved the layout and the open floor plan. Personally would've liked a larger shower in the master, but other than that no complaints. There was plenty of storage and lots of cabinets. All appliances were basically like new and furniture was too. Will stay here again!

Great Location and Condo

The Condo was very clean and easy to get into. Location was wonderful! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins, sharks, and the birds! The water was crystal clear. If you go on the beach to the right of the blue chairs you can get away from the crowds. It was an amazing trip and we were sad to leave! Great property to rent!! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Beach, Resort, was great. Restuarants had a lot to be desired for sure!! Very disappointed with quality, pricing, and experiences with most. Main drag was a pain to cross too, always had to go up and do a u-turn to go direction you needed to go.

Perfect location! Condo was very roomy, set up was great. The second bathroom shower/tub NEEDS to be replaced it’s in pretty bad shape. Wouldn’t bathe the grandkids in it. Would definitely consider staying again if that bathroom is updated. Love the beaches!

Nothing bad happened. Everything was just okay. Biggest complaint, was cleanings between guest stays. That needs worked on. Things like popcorn and water bottles was left on the floors when we arrived. Not a deal breaker, however this needs work. Overall happy with our stay. Just will not likely use again.

We had a wonderful stay. A few small annoying things worth mentioning; the water pressure at the kitchen sink needs to be fixed. Not even enough pressure to rinse dishes. The water just dribbles out. Needs to be addressed asap. A couple of dirty floor corners, and some small areas missed during cleaning, but nothing terrible. Overall, we absolutely loved the condo, but PLEASE get the water pressure fixed at the kitchen sink! The view is A+++!

Great Condo, well-appointed, customer service needs work

This condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the stay until the last night, when water from the condo above leaked into ours. 3-4 huge fans were brought in while we were out, no instructions were left as to how long to run them. The noise was horrible. I contacted customer service immediately when we got back to the room, only to receive a reply after midnight saying I should have said something earlier. I feel like the property manager should have accommodated us better on that last evening, rather than sending an email saying they wish I would have said something sooner.

What a disappointment! Worst experience ever

This was the worst experience I have had in OBA in 45 years. The same fixtures that I reported out last summer in this same condo were STILL not repaired a year later. It took 3 days to get a functional remote for the TV. Burnt light bulbs, low water pressure in the kitchen and primary bath. Literally a trickle! Normal water pressure elsewhere in the condo. This issue was reported several times during the week and was NEVER addressed during our week-long stay. The condo is not well maintained. Oh and we killed a roach inside during our stay as well. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be bedding. Throw the stained up pillows away and get new ones. But aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. Aslo the elder gentleman that handles parking is great.

Great condo and view

We were delighted with the property as a whole, cleanliness,location etc. We would recommend cleaning or replacing the rug in the living room--it is detracting from the overall appearance of the room. The mattress in the master bedroom felt too soft to us, but that might be our personal preference.
