“This place is a wreck. It's an extremely old building, poorly renovated for the purpose of short-term rental. The floors are uneven throughout, the bathroom smells like urine, the washer and dryer didn't work, the ceiling lights were bare light bulbs with no fixtures, the bedspread was stained, the plumbing leaked at the hot water heater, one baseboard heater didn't work at all, others didn't have control knobs, one control was hanging from a bare wire, one of the splitter units didn't work and……
