“It's a clean place, I have stayed there several times. The staff is friendly. Not much for amenities, but then again it's Hawarden IA.”

“Very poorly taken care of hotel. Got into our room and it wreaked of cigarette, bodily fluids on the bathroom wall, chipped paint all over the walls, filthy walls with what looks like it’s from being smoked in so often. Mind you the room was NOT a smoking room, nonsmoking it said.”

“We normally stay in a local hotel when we come to visit our daughter at college but with the longer holiday weekend we wanted a little more space and the option to be able to cook meals. This was the best option around at a great price. Lots of space to spread out & hangout as a family. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next stay. Loved all the extra kitchen stuff that you normally don't get.”
