“Staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. The rooms have everything you need; I had even left my phone charger in the room. I came back a day later, and they were able to find it for me.”

“Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it.”
