Room seemed a bit dirty, if you come in late. You can’t use the elevator. And the staff needs to know if someone has a reservation it needs to be a smooth transition to get the keys to the room.

Lobby was clean and smelled nice. The staff was polite. The room and bathroom seemed clean but smelled really stale and a bit musty. It’s a decent hotel just old and need some upgrading.

It wasnt a pleasure trip..we had to evacuate from Refinery explosion. In Port Neches Texas. Would like to go back for a fun trip.

Our hotel was nice and clean. However, there is a heavy musty moldy odor in most of the rooms. Our room the first night was so bad it congested me up and burned my eyes, but the hotel was full and I could not move. Next morning the manager replace
