William was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. "This property was not clean at all. Upon arrival it was covered in black hairs upstairs and dowm and had bits all over the floor. The sofa bed was disgusting, the sofa itself needs replacing. There were cockroaches in the shower that we had to remove. One of the shower doors doesn't open properly and some of the towels had been folded up wet. My wife actually cried upon arrival and having stayed one night we left the property to return to our previous rental where luckily they had some space...

"Our stay here in Aruba was simply wonderful! The house is perfect — two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage, a bright and roomy living and dining area, and everything sparkling clean. "Very comfortable space, if you have a rental car the location is perfect, took us about 11 minutes to walk to the ritz which starts the hotel area. Check in was a quick tour and check out was also convenient."
