"Front desk staff person, Ona, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made checkin experience great! Also Cara in the Bar/Resturant was delightful and really made us feel welcome after a hard day traveling!!! BTW, I didn’t get her name, but the young lady bartending is excellent at her craft😊. Hotel is very up-to-date, very clean, great place to stay!"

"This is our 2nd time staying in Victoria Hotel. Lovely friendly obliging staff and a breakfast fit for a king and Queen. It was great also to have a few news papers at the reception area as a lot of older people still like to relax and read them. Lovely and quiet at night time also.
