Wonderful stay

We stayed for 16 nights in June and found the property to be superb . No complaints from us . And emerald island is perfectly located for travelling to the parks .Will definitely be staying agin .

Great Villa

Second time at this home!

This was our second time at this home! Excellent home, wonderful memories, and exactly what we were looking for. We never have any issues staying here, home is comfortable, beds are wonderful, pool and hot tub are great! The pool table is always a hit with us! Will stay again! Communication was excellent and we loved our stay!

Convenient!

This home is as pictured and is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It was easy to get to and from the Disney parks and is located by many grocery stores and restaurants. You’ll be happy staying here!

Wonderful Home!

This home was exactly as described and as the pictures look. Very clean and everything you need for a relaxing trip. The pool and spa were also both wonderful. Owner checked in on us to make all was good which I thought was very nice as well. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Everything was just as it was described online, and meet all of our needs as a family of 5 plus a grandparent. The home was in a beautiful community and only a short drive to shopping, restaurants and Disney.

Amazing rental!

We have rented numerous properties over the years and this one tops them all! Very clean, comfortable beds, roomy, wonderful pool and numerous kitchen supplies. We appreciated having a keurig coffee maker. Would not hesitate to rent again!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this house! Well kept and clean. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Yalena was very helpful throughout the process and available to answer any questions during the stay. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing time

We had a great stay and the house was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised by the ‘jacuzzi’… we paid to have it heated and it was well with it!! As long as you planned about an hour before you wanted to use it…it was very hot! Just like we wanted!!

Sparkling clean and comfortable!

The community of Emerald Island is beautiful, when you pull into the resort you are excited for your vacation to start. We stayed a week at the villa and their was more than enough room for our family of 4. This would be a great property to bring the grandparents along as there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This home is incredible clean! The home is beautifully decorated and kept in pristine condition. The heated pool was amazing! This is truly a jem and look forward to renting it again in the future.

Perfect for all ages!

The home was beautiful! We were never bored! The owners always promptly answers any questions we had before and during our stay. We had 3 adults and 14year old, 9year old and 2year old and we all enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and “homey”. We cannot say enough about this home. The resort itself needs to work on the check-In process. We had an access key card-but people were in that line to check in and holding up traffic. But that is nothing the homeowner can fix.

1st let me say this is my 1st time using VRBO but it definitely won’t be my last… The communication with property management was awesome. The pictures represent the house accurately. It was beautiful, exceptionally clean with everything needed for our stay… Spacious Loved the heated pool & game room. Location was nice too stores & eateries. My only concern not even a complaint but game room is exceptionally warm and one fan was not working. 2nd would be the vertical blinds a couple of the individual slats where broken so they kept falling down…

Absolutely AMAZING property! Just Wow!!

As beautiful as the pictures look, it is even better in person. Everything was perfect! The house itself is immaculate. It is professionally decorated and well stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms are all big with a tv in each one. The bathrooms are clean and stylish. Beautiful cathedral ceilings with very nice furniture and decorations make the house spectacular. The owners of the house are delightful and very courteous and prompt with questions I had. We were there on Christmas and had a problem with the jacquizzi. We called the property manager about it and he returned our call within minutes and came over promptly and fixed it. On Christmas! Thanks, David! This is our new home away from home. This will be the only property we rent for our Disney vacations. Thanks so much, Yelena! ❤️

My family and I have visited the Orlando area many times and we always opt to stay in villa accommodation. This one is perfect; stylish, comfortable and meticulously clean. We had a truly wonderful stay. The pool is lovely and warm and the hot tub is positively tropical. Outside you can relax in privacy, as you’re screened off by lush greenery. The kitchen has plenty of everything you need, without the junk that people often end up leaving behind at these places. The temperature in the house is spot on; air con without the chill. Plenty of fresh towels. The washing machine, etc, is easy to use. I could go on… It’s just a great place to stay. The house itself is on a beautiful estate. It’s a pure joy to drive down a tree lined road everyday. Plenty of facilities on this development. My husband and son used the tennis courts a few times. Elaine and Donovan, the on-site property managers, are on hand to fix any issues. So quick and helpful. We were in and out of the Disney Parks in around 20 minutes! Leaving behind the hustle and bustle, for the tranquility of The Emerald Isle. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Great Disney Location

This property was exactly as described. There was enough space for our family of 9 to spread out and not feel cramped. When i booked this hime our focus was on Disney which was about 10 minutes contingent upon traffic. We dediced to also take in Universal Studios while we were there. From the house itntook about 40 minutes due to traffic.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The conviences of Starbucks, Walmart, and multiple restaurants makes this an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Disney Villa

This Villa was perfectly equipped for my family’s trip to Disney. The parks are very close, and there is a lot around the area if you want to eat or shop off property. The beds were comfortable, the pool was lovely and the house is well equipped. The gated community is really lovely with old growth trees and beautiful landscaping. The owner provided great communication. This is by far one of the best Disney villas we have rented !

Excellent Stay

House was as advertised. Host is fantastic and always quick to respond. The property manager Donovan is beyond good and his support was appreciated. The area is busy with Disney folks and Margaritaville in close proximity makes the traffic heavy at times so plan accordingly. I stay in this area because I want the vibrancy and access to stores, restaurants and service. Well done Yelena and I look forward to seeing your property again.
