Needs to be cleaner

I had to message the host at 730pm the day of check in to get my access code they never sent me.Then when we got in, there tons of roaches on the kitchen counter, no bags for the garbage can, broken dish washer and the csrpets had actual food stuck in them.Location is great and this could be a great place but they definitely need a new cleaning service.
