Great House! Great Vacation!

Extended family and I stayed here a week over spring break. We had plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. We spent most of our time using the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed that space. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this property again. Would recommend!!!

Family vacation

This was perfect for our family. We brought our adult children and their families along with our teenagers. This house gave the perfect sleeping set up along with each family having their own bathrooms so we were never waiting on someone else to get ready. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks and located near plenty of shopping/gas stations/restaurants so everything you need was close by. The only problem we had was getting the TV to work and they came to the house very quickly to take care of it. Wonderful trip, wonderful stay.

Disappointed in property upkeep

Although this was an overall clean home there were cockroaches seen in 2 bathrooms, the pool with scum around it so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, pots were old, limited tissue for bathrooms, patio furniture very stained, refrigerator door handle broken, air conditioning limited in game room, no dish liquid, and most tvs did not work. Will not be booking again!

Beautiful home in great location

Loved our stay. Pictures don't do this home justice. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of little touches harm are this place feel like home. Kids loved the pool and game room. Beds were so comfortable.

Awesome vacation

The property was conveniently located to all the attractions we wanted to go to and was very well described in the listing . The house is laid out very well for family vacations and we had no problems at all with the house . It was very accommodating for all members of my family and everything went as smoothly as could be . Was very well pleased with this choice and hope to stay there again one day !

Family vacation

Our stay was top notch. The property was as described. Very clean. Everyone in our family had a comfortable spot to sleep and plenty of room to play. If you have little children, beware that there is no gate to block off the pool, however the locked patio door is helpful. We stayed at the end of March and did not require pool heat. We were extremely happy with our stay!

Great Winter Get away

We had a lovely month long stay in this property. No major issues although the listing should be updated to reflect there is no fence. Some repairs are needed to the pool screening and the fridge but overall we found the house clean and comfortable and the property manager Dee was very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again.

DO NOT STAY!!!!! Please read

This home is not worth the money and the online description of “Luxury” is completely inaccurate!!!! We looked at the reviews prior to booking saying there were updates in the last several years but we did not see any evidence those updates. The home is not clean, there was mold in several bathrooms, the pool area and the AC vent. Very dirty and dusty overall and there were ants in several rooms of the house as well. There were no pool towels, no dish soap or cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen, and only one extra garbage bag-for a house that can hold 16 guest this isn’t nearly enough. The Hot Tub does not get hotter than the pool so it’s more like a spa and not a hot tub. We contacted the manager Dee about the issues and she said they get a lot of complaints about the hot tub not being hot but really could not do anything about it. She did has pest control come out two days later to spray. Overall it is not an accurate VRBO listing and would not recommend to anyone.

Nice spacious home close to Orlando

My family and I stayed here for a week during spring break. There is plenty of room for large families. The pool was nice as well. Very reasonably priced. Close to anything you need in terms of food/shopping. The owner was always receptive to my emails and assisted where needed. Highly recommend for a large gathering, so 10 people or so. Only drawback would be the floor had a sticky feel to it upon our arrival, like it needed mopping. Otherwise, no complaints.

AWESOME!!

My family really enjoyed vacationing in this home! It was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. The owner and property manager were very prompt in answering questions and addressing concerns. This was my first time booking for a large group (of 16), and it was a great experience! Thank you!

A BIG thank you to Disney Sunshine Villas ( Lee ) for the best 3 week's my family have ever had. The villa was stunning,plenty of space, excellent pool ( couldn't get the kids out of it ) lovely bedrooms and close to all the park's. Could not fault it one bit. Can not wait to go back. mold in one shower, property was not ready for us, breaker was turned off and no air conditioning upon arrival, refrigerator was open/hot and handle was broken, pool heat (we paid for) was not turned on, torn pool screens, nothing was ready for us, property manager said there was a mix-up and she wasn't notified we were arriving; NO INTERNET; property manager worked with us but nothing helped; by Thursday tech came out and advised router needed replacing; so we had internet for only one day; just one more issue that should have been fixed before we got there; game room was hot and smelled bad; tiny ants everywhere including in one bed and on toilet seats/in bathtub; washer was so off-blanace it was hard to do clothes; with all these problems we never asked for compensation and none was offered; owner and property manager were nice; property was ok for half the price we paid; first time with vrbo, probably won't use again due to this stay

Fantastic holiday for all the family

My family and I have just returned from the most amazing holiday. The house we stayed in was fantastic and served all our needs. The property was clean well maintained and spacious. It was clear that the house has recently been done up to a high spec. The house we stayed in was in the ideal location for all the parks and the many lovely restaurants. I would highly recommend Florida to anyone with or without a family as it certainly brings the kid out in you. I would recommend this property to stay as great value for money and had everything we needed

My Stay in Davenport

Overall the stay was more than great .... My family and I had a great experience staying at the house the beds are very cozy & comfortable if we was not being charge for taking anything we would of taken the beds .... Lol just joking anyhow my only criticism is that the pool water was icy cold. But as stated overall Property was very well-kept, clean with accurate features will be booking again

Very pleasant stay. Owner and management was very open and communicative. Place was clean and maintained. Several small issues such as 1 broken chair and screen around pool but with a villa that is constantly being occupied, small maintenance concerns are to be expected and did not impact my family's stay in any way. Please note that the villa was CLEAN with no mold or issues. Previous reviews concerned me but there were no issues during my stay of a week. I will definitely try to book here again for my next Florida vacation.

Excellent Villa

Stunned by the first impression as you walked in the villa. Very handy for The Disney parks. There were four families sharing the villa 16 of us in total. There was plenty of space and each family had their own bedroom and privacy. The pool was excellent and more than big enough. I can recommend this as a wonderful family holiday and Lee was most helpful during the booking process. Always available for help and advice and flexible with us when we wanted to change our dates. Highly recommended. Thanks Lee.
