Great place!

We loved the property. 4 adults and two children. Perfect for our almost 2 week vacation in Orlando. Close to Disney and other attractions. Clean and well stocked with eveything we needed. I would happily rent this property again and highly recommended!

Nice property!

Our family was happy with this property. Pool and hot tub were clean and everyone enjoyed them after being in the parks all day. House is great with a 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and plenty of room so you aren’t crowded. The location was close to both Disney and Universal. Nice place!

Great location

This property is in a safe area very close to disney. The host has excellent response time. The house has a game room and at 1st glance has a nice interior. The house is close to restaurants, gas stations, and has a park for the kids in walking distance. The house could use some updating and has stains on the furniture.

Nice place and spacious

Nice house with plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and loved having the privacy fence. Needs a few upgrades and repairs, but nothing too concerning. Kitchen had nice amenities and modern appliances. Generally satisfied with our stay and the accommodations.

Disney Trip

Excellent stay in Four Corners, pool was perfect for the kids and the hot tub was a welcome treat for sore bodies after long days in the parks. Master bathroom shower and the hot tub both needed a deep clean but everything else was fantastic. Home is nestled back in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need for your trip.

Excellent property for teens

We really enjoyed our stay. Property is clean and spacious. Heated pool and hot tub was a bonus for all. Private baths for all rooms was nice for the kids. Recommend highly to anyone travelling to Disney. Very close.

Great for families and friends

The house is located in a fantastic spot. It was very clean, there was lots of space. My mom is in a wheelchair and we had no problems coming in and out of the house or using the bathrooms. I recommend this house to anybody who wants to go to Orlando with their family. Would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to theme parks

Great house in a great neighborhood and conveniently situated to theme parks. 10 minutes to Hollywood Studios and 15 to Magic Kingdom in our experience. Docked 1 star due to some hairs in the bathroom. Cleanly other than that. Great stay!

Stunning house & professional quick management throughout

The Star is like it describes, a stunning house which is a privilege to stay in. Having booked with Michel twice I have found him to be the most efficient, professional and thoughtful Manager. The location of the property is ideal for all the parks and my three young children absolutely loved spending Christmas in this home from home. Everything is new and immaculately clean. The photos can’t do the house justice as I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Family Vacation

The family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There were some curtains with stains on them and we did see an enormous roach on the ceiling and some ants in the kitchen area...I didn't address it because we were spending time away from the house. Would have liked to have some baking sheets/trays to make stuff in the oven. Overall we had a great time.

Pretty good

The furniture needs updating or cleaned. The kitchen inventory is lacking. But lots of space and a great location. The local Walmart is really close by but super crowded. The owner was really responsive when we had a mix up at check in. Plus we decided to heat the pool at the last minute and it only took 4 hrs to heat up! My biggest complaint is the couch. It’s a sectional that was constantly coming apart and just wasn’t comfy to lounge in. But we weren’t home much so overall it was a pretty good stay.

Poor communication

Overall we had an ok stay until we recently got a bill for $95 for “late checkout”, I understand this a business and they need to make money however we were late by 30 min (also note we have 2 small children 2 and 4mo), I am shocked at the lack of communication and poor customer service from a place like this (especially because they have a 6 hour window turnaround to the next client) the supposed property manager that showed up at the house (not the same person you communicate with on VRBO) didn’t say anything when she came to the house about a late fee.

Overpriced for the Condition

Listing says “is brand new renovated, ultra modern villa.” Question when that happened. Several bathtubs were peeling /chipped. Several electrical plugs, when trying to unplug cords, entire box pulled out. When bathroom fan on, and light on, lights flicker off when fan shut off. Totes in the bedrooms torn apart at the seams. Nightstands damaged on top. Section of couch was stained. The pool and walls needed deep cleaning. PVC patio furniture needed power washing. The screen for lanai was torn in places letting bugs/reptiles in. The listing stated, “The laundry room has a brand new, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.”. The washer had a black substance on the ring between tub and door, The dryer was giving a “d80” error. Web search said could be 80% blockage in airflow. After mgmnt inspected, continued displaying each use. Ironing board had stains on the cover. Had small lizards inside the house. First night found dead lizard on floor. Were told they are good at keeping other insects out. Be beware if afraid of lizards! Game room air hockey table was old w/ poor air flow. Pool table had two cues but neither cue had a tip, so not useable. Foosball got stuck inside the table. Game room is in the garage with only one lightbulb, trying to play at night is extremely dimly lit. Not allowed to lower AC below 72 F. Will alert to the owner and reset. Told if happens too many times, HVAC co will have to be sent and there is a fine. Beware if you like a cold house!

We enjoyed our stay at The New Star. It was a homely, contemporary villa, thoughtfully decorated featuring popular culture. There was plenty of space, a lovely pool to relax in and all of the necessary cookware, utensils and linen one would expect from a rental property.Information was communicated promptly prior and during our stay. When the pool filter switched off one morning, a quick message was all it took for a swift response and it was resolved within the hour.The home is in a lovely, quiet residential area within easy reach of our favourite parks. There are many shops and eateries on the doorstep.We would recommend a visit to this home that offers great value for money.

Getting there and checking in was easy its just going into the house is where the annoyance came in. However getting in contact with the host was easy and they responded with the quickness. Overall it was okay.

Fantastic stay

Villa was exactly as described and lacked nothing, Ive rented Villas in Europe previously but they weren’t comparable to this one. Location fantastic, we rented a car but when we wanted to go for a meal and a few beers it was really cheap to get an uber. Michel was an amazing host and was super prompt to reply to messages. Thank you for an amazing holiday

Stay was great had some pool issues but management sent some one out soon to fix only issue we had was that we could not use the game room it was super hot and no air in the room so we didn’t utilize it other than that it was cool place to stay
