“This “so called” 5 stars hotel does not deserve even 3 stars.
Nobody picks up your luggage on arrival. They dont escort you to your room.
The pool is over chlorined, makes your skin rash and feel sick from breathing. There is moist at the pool where the pool water ends.
There is no room service. You have to go fetch anything you need from the bar.
The cleaning staff wakes you up with sounds each morning at 8.
The place where you have open buffet is so hot, no air conditioning. All food……

“A very basic hotel that could be so much better. Everything looked tired in this property…the furniture, the walls and floors, even the staff.
