“This is a real cave hotel unlike a lot of others in Göreme which are Cave in name only. By the standards of living in a cave it is beyond expectations. You do give up some in terms of comfort and space but the experience is unique. You do have to watch your head and steps and there’s a lot of climbing up and down. The staff is really friendly even though not all speak good English. Google Translate helps. The cook Fatima is a joy. Just a wonderful personality even with the language barrier. Alp……

“Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to……
