Great location - coffee and scones across the street, MTA 6 min walk, a number of great bakeries and cafes within walking distance. “The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6……

“DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked for charm & realistic experience in Brooklyn. Our family has been to many cities & seen interesting rental properties. The weird stuff can make them better. This could be a cool place; spacious, near subway, nice neighborhood, character; but our time there was unacceptable. 24 hrs before I had no check-in instructions.
