"This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Tennessee for a family wedding. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice, and the home is located near so much. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back porch looking at the roses in bloom. The house was very clean, linens soft, and towels luxurious! "

"The pool was not heated, and the beds were not as stated in the application!!!! They said it had 3 twin beds in the pink room, but it actually had 2 beds in there and 2 twins in one of the rooms. 9 people had to use the Master's bedroom bathroom to shower, because 1 of the tubs was stopped up. The floor mattresses that we were asked to use were dirty and spotted. Like liquids had dropped on them and no one wanted to sleep on them. Garbage cans were filthy as if no one had done a full cleaning. The manager was angry that I complained and was upset and asked if I would leave if I were not happy the day before the scheduled time to leave after 5pm. I called her several times when I noticed everything going wrong to be moved and she stopped answering her phone. I told her not to be upset but to use my complaints for informational purposes to correct things before the next guest. But overall, the amenitiescand the place was beautiful with acception of all the things needed to be corrected."

"Pros: Inside of home is very clean and pictures are accurate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The house is very close to the Fort. Also close to a walmart.Cons: The picture of the outside of the house and surroundings are not accurate. We pulled into the neighborhood that was really run down with tons of trash/broken in the yards surrounding the house. Upon first arriving, I did not believe we were in a safe neighborhood. We ultimately had no safety issues and it was a quiet neighborhood. The owner sent a message before arrival indicating that the automatic lock only worked a certain way when closing the door. We tried over and over to get the lock to work and never could. It's the only way to pick the front door when you leave. We ended up having to lock from the inside and head out the back door and lock. It was very frustrating. The first morning we were there, an animal had nested in the dryer vent. I sent a message to the owner and got no response. All in all, I will say this is an ok place to stay of visiting family at the fort. I would not stay at this property again. "
