"This unit here was amazing just like the pictures! Phillip made sure the check in and check out process was very easy. Also he was very helpful and responsive when I had to contact him regarding anything. I would recommend to come back or my family friends to stay here. Everything was clean and spotless like brand new , the bed was very comfortable as well. I really enjoyed my stay here! You have access to all the amenities as if you were in your own apartment. "The location of this room is perfect for your stay in North Beach! Walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, several stores, restaurants, coffee shop, and beer garden. The included beach pass was so helpful! The check-in, check-out process was so easy. Our only complaint was the noise from the guests in the room above us and you could hear the live music from the nearby beer garden until 10:30 pm - however, the positives FAR outweighed the noise."

"This was a charming apartment nestled in the quiet side of annapolis. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. Just bring your food!"

"Property is very convenient to the USNA and DTA. You can walk, but they're a good 25-30 minutes and parking was available even during Commissioning week and at the local restaurants. Plus, we could park about 25 feet from the door of the VRBO all the time. It is a first floor, easy to access door. There is a full kitchen and fridge, a comfy couch, and a nice bathroom. It's really like a nice hotel suite. A couple idiocycracies however. The bed pulls down from the wall, which gives you more play...

"The rental was near our relatives in a quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. The size was perfect for me and my brother while we were in for a funeral (Arlington National). All the comforts of home! I'll definitely look to stay here again."
