The room was not clean—the sofa was visibly dirty, which made the space uncomfortable for us. Additionally, the room phone was not working, so I had to call the front desk from my personal phone to request extra towels. I was told someone would bring them, but no one ever came. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask again, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made our stay unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again. "
