"Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Ac was working fine. Could have better amenities in bathroom and some little fixtures "

"I’m not a fan of pets in hotels, so it was particularly disturbing to step into the elevator and find pet feces. Guests next to us were questionable. Slamming against furniture and yelling and screaming meant a disturbed sleep. Not the property’s fault, but the response to my phone call to the front desk was appalling, I was advised to call the police if I thought safety was an issue. The male front desk associate communicated with irritation and a pompous attitude. I’m not looking to get anybody fired, but it would seem to me that a guest services refresher course would be a good idea."

"This is close by to a couple of fast food restaurants. The front office rep told me there was no iron in the room when i checked in. But there was one, but the cord wouldnt extend. The hair dryer did not turn on no matter hom many times i reset it. A few stains on the sheets. I checked out and requested an invoice which showed the $100 deposit refunded. However, was still charged the $100 the next day. "
