Full renovation finished Sep 22, 3/3.5 bedroom condo in Rowandale is situated less than 3 miles from both the Oxford Square and The University of Mississippi Campus. With mature trees throughout and multiple greenspace areas, this neighborhood offers a countryside feel while being only minutes from some of Oxford’s most popular attractions. Rowandale includes a pool, club house, walking trails, volleyball and basketball courts. Oxford's free transit system (https://www.outransit.com/rednorth) picks up just at the edge of the development and travels to all major stops in Oxford. Football weekend
Loved staying here was so convenient and wonderfully easy to get to campus and the square. The ONLY thing that could had been helpful is if they had some mixing bowls for when we crafted up our grove goodies and I would say that is super minor 😀. Otherwise they thought of it all. Would definitely recommend.

The property was in a great location. Close to the Ole Miss campus and the Square. The neighbors were very friendly and the house was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

Fun weekend at Ole Miss
We came with another family and their kids. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but Angela was very responsive and resolved everything very quickly. The location was great and close to everything in Oxford including the Chicory. Definitely check it out if you have time. We went for a college visit and the football game and was easy access from this condo. Owner was really sweet and helpful. I'd stay here again.
