"Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful"

"Perfect one night get away. We had a throughly awesome stay in this beautiful hotel. We didn’t have dinner here as had plans in westerham but the super staff were so helpful and attentive when we arrived and ensured us we would be able to get into the hotel even if the restaurant door was closed. We returned from our evening in westerham to the door being closed but a rear door accessing the hotel part of the building. A quiet relaxing sleep in our suite was perfect end to our evening. Breakfast was amazing!!! Fresh juice and coffee and a fry up. What more could you want on a Saturday morning. We will 100000% be returning. "

"It was an amazing stay. Really enjoyed staying at Matties Loft. Accommodation included all the facilities you would standardly require and more on a trip and was super clean. Host was really great and friendly, we felt welcomed. Should mention that our dog also really enjoyed the trip also as we took advantage of the lovely countryside walks and beautiful scenery. We would stay again :)"

"Victoria was the perfect host made us feel so welcome, the property was absolutely stunning and breakfast was so lovely sitting out in the garden looking at the views will definitely be back again maybe for a bit longer next time "

"Cons-no main light in the back bedroom. Had to use bedside table light.-as in the photo there are a few Gauguin paintings of a naked ladies (not great for little ones).-in the second bedroom, the cupboard is full of the owners stuff so there is no where to hang anything.-stairs to the bedrooms are rather steep with floating stairs.-in the back garden there is a side light by the gate but the rest of the garden is in darkness, none of the solar lights work.-different levels of floor between the living room (low door height), kitchen, bathroom & a small step into each bedroom at the top of the stairs.-another trip hazard between the conservatory and the kitchen.-the front door doesn't have a key (certainly that we could find, we did find the key on top of the fridge to the old red car stuck on the drive) but worried that our only emergency exit was through the kitchen and into the conservatory. Even if we had found a key to the front door, both the sofa and lamp are far too close to the front door, that we'd never get through.The final issue was returning Wednesday afternoon to find a baliff letter stuck to the window of the conservatory door in the back garden. This really unsettled us as we didn't know whether they'd return. The back gate to the garden can't be locked as door and fence post are at different hights and the catch to open the gate is easily accessible either side for entry to the house. We felt really vulnerable.-We did email Vrbo who didn’t reply."
