“Loved having a parking garage available. Having a dog area was great. Nice location with a movie theater right across the street. Hotel in a very safe area. Pressure on shower was excellent. Breakfast choices were very good. Refrigerator with a freezer was a tremendous amenity. Wonderful hotel except decor was tired. Also, the tranquilly of our room of three days was compromised by having the pool room directly below our room. Better design should have been done since hotel is charging full……

“Clean and comfortable non-fussy hotel room. Roku TV with availability for streaming services. Nice view of woods if your room faces that way. No microwave in room, but I believe there is one in the hotel lobby/office.”

“It is an older lodge, so, it is louder than normal. There are pet’s allowed and it was not made aware.”

“The front staff checking in was not helpful and had a little attitude about nothing, but the staff on duty when I checked out was fabulous. The drink stations were not kept up. Coffee was out, sugar was everywhere, that area looked dirty. The gaming floor was clean and they do have plenty of games to play. I spend a lot of time at Choctaw Casinos so was really excited to try Cherokee, but from this experience, I will probably stick to Choctaw if I am wanting a weekend getaway but wouldnt mind……
