“Good location & steps away from the ocean view. Property has everything we needed & beds were comfortable. Only minor complain is you people walking or kids running from the upstairs property since this is a quadflex property which is understandable. Just keep that in mind when booking this property. Our host Arlene is very helpful & quick to response to any message we send her. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a getaway in Pacifica. ”

“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“The house was as described, clean and easy to access. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. And the hot tub was clean and easy to use. The location was perfect walking distance from a few shops and coffee spots. However, we were woken up by the upstairs neighbors at 6am with a constant stomping that didn’t stop until about 8am on a Saturday. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs in case that’s a regular occurrence. ”

“**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. We walked to one of the eateries in the listing. The street and neighborhood are well kept, but a couple streets over where...

“Nick was amazing in welcoming us, via messages, and provided much needed info as I am handicapped. Loved the cute room, loved it was just a few steps away from our front door. The only drawback I can think of, I wished there was onsite parking. I did manage, the fact that Pacific st has overnight parking. Thank you Nick for the awesome stay”
